How to Cancel Your AI Advantage Club Membership

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to cancel your AI Advantage Club membership, you can do so anytime through your account settings by following the steps below:


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your account

    Go to app.aiadvantage.com and sign in using your registered email and password.

    If you’re having trouble locating your AI Advantage Club login credentials, here’s what to do:

    Search Your Inbox: 

    • Look for an email titled “Welcome to the AI Advantage Club” from aiadvantage@mastermind.com. 
    • This email contains a red “Set My Club Password Now” button to create your password.

      • Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or All Mail folders.


Reset Your Password: If you can’t find the email or have already set up your account but forgot your password, you can reset it:

    • Go to app.aiadvantage.com.
    • Click on Forgot Password.
    • Enter the email address associated with your account and select Send Reset Email.

    • Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “AI Advantage Password Reset.” Follow the instructions to create a new password.


  1. Access Manage Account

Once logged in, navigate to the Manage Account tab under the Support section of the navigation menu on the left hand side.

  1. Manage Your Billing

    Once on the Manage Account page select the “Click Here To Manage Your Billing” button

  2. Start the cancellation process

On the Billing & Membership page, click the Cancel button.

  1. Share your feedback

You’ll be asked to provide a reason for canceling. We truly value your input — your feedback helps us continue improving the experience for all members.

Confirm your cancellation

To finalize, click “Cancel My Subscription.” Once confirmed, your membership will be canceled and you’ll lose access to member benefits at the end of your current billing period.
