If you're having issues logging into or viewing your event dashboard:

  1. Double-check your email address

Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to register and RSVP for the event.

  1. Search for your login email

Look for a message from aiadvantage@mastermind.com in your inbox or spam/junk/promotions folder. The subject line may say something like “Access Your AI Advantage Summit Dashboard.”

  1. Clear your browser cookies & cache

A quick refresh often fixes loading issues. If the problem continues, try clearing your cookies and cache from the past 24 hours (up to 7 days if needed). You can also open your personal event dashboard link in an incognito or private window. Clear cache & cookies

  1. Use a different browser
