How to Update Your Password in the AI Advantage Club

In this article, you’ll learn how to reset or update your password for your AI Advantage Club account.

There are two ways to change your password:

• If you forgot your password or can’t log in, follow the first set of steps below.
• If you’re already logged in and simply want to update your password, scroll down to the second section.

🔑 If You Forgot Your Password or Can’t Log In

Follow these steps to reset your password if you’re unable to access your account.

Step 1: Navigate to the Community

Go to app.aiadvantage.com and click 'Forgot password'

Step 2: Request a Reset Email

Enter the email address associated with your AI Advantage account, then select Send Reset Email.

Step 3: Check Your Email

You’ll receive an email with the subject line “AI Advantage Password Reset.”

Open the message, click Reset My Password, and follow the instructions in the new tab to create a new password.

🔒 If You’re Already Logged In and Want to Change Your Password

If you know your current password and just want to update it, follow these steps.

Step 1:

Navigate to the Manage Account tab within the AI Advantage Club

Step 2:

Select the "Click Here To Change Your Password" button

Step 3: Account Settings

On the Account Settings page, you should see the email address associated with your AI Advantage Club login in the Email Address field. If the email shown is not the one you expected, please contact support@aiadvantage.com for further assistance. If it is correct, click Change Password to proceed.

Step 4: Enter Your New Password

Enter your new password in the designated fields, confirm it, and then save your changes by clicking Update.
