Mastery Workshop #1 Recap

WORKSHOP #1: PERSONAL AMPLIFIER - On January 6th, 2026, we had our first AI Mastery workshop!

During this workshop, we learned:

  • How to build a Personal Advisory Board using your DNA
  • How to create and work with multiple AI personas at once
  • How to package powerful prompts into reusable GPTs
  • How to let advisors debate, challenge, and refine ideas
  • When to use council mode vs focused, single-advisor mode
  • How to turn AI into a daily decision support tool, not just a novelty

As you scroll down, you’ll find three essential resources from the workshop that provide everything you need to successfully complete the training:

  • Mastery Resource Center:
    • This is your central hub for everything referenced during the training—guides, templates, prompts, and any updates added over time. We recommend bookmarking this page, as it will serve as your ongoing home base.
  • Igor’s Personal Advisory Board:
    • You’ll get access to Igor’s advisory board so you can explore how it’s structured, study how it functions, and use it as inspiration when building your own. This offers a real-world example of the system in action.
  • Download of the Workshop’s Slides:
    • A downloadable copy of Igor’s training slides is available for you to review key concepts, follow along, or revisit specific sections at your convenience.

The Resource Center (Interactive Resource Hub) is your #1 destination throughout this program. Everything you need to complete the training—guides, prompts, and supporting materials—lives here. If you ever feel unsure about your next step, this is the first place to check.

For this training, navigate to Amplifier 1: Personal within the Interactive Resource Hub. Inside, you’ll find the three core guides that walk you through the entire process step by step. These guides also contain the exact prompts required to complete the training, so be sure to work directly from them.


The three key guides are:

  • Guide 1.1: DNA Extraction from Chat History (or Other Sources)
  • Guide 1.2: Create Advisors from DNA

  • Guide 1.3: Build a Custom GPT


Additionally, on the main Interactive Resource Hub page, click the caret (^) icon next to “Prompts (from within guides)”, located just beneath the list of guides, to reveal and access all of the prompts used throughout this training. These will also be included within the individual guides.

Bookmark the Interactive Resource Hub and return to it often—it is designed to be your primary reference point as you move forward through the program.

On Tuesday, January 13th, we had our first AI Mastery Live Q&A Session.


If you were unable to attend the Live Q&A session on January 13th - no worries! There are multiple options to view past challenges.


Navigate to your AI Advantage Mastery: Interactive Resources Hub (Resource Center), and click into the Mastery Challenge #1: Create Your Own Advisory Board section as shown below:


Within the Mastery Challenge #1 section scroll down and you will see a video guide available to give you all of the details you need to participate in the monthly challenge.


On Tuesday, January 27th we had the first Challenge, Reflections & Speed Dating session. This session was about recognition, clarity, connection - and heading into the next month with confidence and momentum.
