Mastery Workshop #5

WORKSHOP #5: SALES AMPLIFIER  - On May 7th, 2026, we had our fifth AI Mastery Workshop!


We continue the Mastery journey with the Sales Amplifier, the workflow that turns a single meeting transcript into real intelligence and a sendable proposal in minutes.

In this workshop, we discovered:
  • How to set up a project structure that organizes every client and proposal in one place
  • How to bring meeting transcripts into Claude using Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, or a plain copy paste
  • How to run the Meeting Intelligence Extractor to surface buying signals, objections, and coaching notes you might have missed
  • How to generate a personalized proposal PDF that quotes your client's own words and uses your real pricing
  • How to package the whole flow into a reusable plugin so one paste does the work of three prompts

This is where your sales process gets its second brain. Every meeting becomes a source of insight and a head start on the next deliverable.

Optional Pre-Work before the first workshop:
A little setup ahead of time means you walk in ready to build with your own data. Here is what to have ready.
  • Fill out the new Client DNA file (template will be shared in the community)
  • Create a project folder on your hard drive and drop your existing DNA files plus the new Client DNA inside
  • Optional but useful: have a recent meeting transcript ready to use during the workshop. Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies, Granola, or a copy paste from anywhere all work

Don't stress if you can't get to it. A sample Client DNA and a practice transcript prompt will be available during the session so nobody is stuck at step one.

💡REMINDER: Every training is recorded and uploaded for on demand replay.

If you can’t make a session live, no worries at all. The replay will be added to your Mastery area right after each workshop, Q&A or celebration call finishes so you can watch, pause and implement on your own schedule.

  • You’re logged into your AI Advantage Club account, and
  • You are an AI Mastery Experience member.

To RSVP to this month's upcoming sessions: Open Your AI Mastery Calendar

On the left sidebar of your AI Advantage Club dashboard, under AI Mastery, select Mastery Event Calendar.


Open up the monthly workshop you wish to RSVP to:

You’ll see a list of all upcoming events and workshops from the AI Mastery Experience.


Select a session to open up the workshop's event details. Select the RSVP option to add to your calendar.

Once you've RSVP'd, a pop-up will appear. We recommend selecting 'Send the invite email.' This will send you an invite link and add the event to your calendar.


Join the Workshop:

When it is time to join the workshop, open up the link in your calendar or simply log into your AI Advantage Club account and navigate to session page under Mastery Event Calendar and select Join Virtual Event.

Next Steps & Upcoming Monthly Sessions:

At the end of each month, we come together to close out the Amplifier with intention - celebrating wins, reflecting on what we've built, and connecting with fellow Mastery members.


May's Challenge, Reflections & Speed Dating will be on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 at 10:00AM Pacific | 1:00PM Eastern.


What to expect:
🏆 Challenge Spotlight — Igor and the team will highlight standout challenge submissions, share key learnings from the community, and announce prize winners.
🔁 Reflections — We'll lock in the breakthroughs and momentum you've built this month before gearing up for the next Amplifier.
🤝 Speed Dating — The part everyone loves! You'll participate in short one-on-one conversations (5 to 7-minute rounds) with randomly assigned Mastery members. Each round you meet someone new, exchange ideas, and discover how others are applying what they've learned. It's professional, friendly, and consistently sparks collaborations.

When it is time for this session, you will join the same way you did for the Workshop and Q&A Sessions!
