July Mastery Workshop Recap

JULY WORKSHOP: Giving Your Agents a Home - On July 2nd, 2026, we had our July AI Mastery Workshop!


This month we’re Giving Your Agents a Home, where your systems stop living in scattered places as they finally get a real place to work, build, and show what it’s done. In this workshop, your agent gets a place to live: somewhere you can see what it’s doing, own the work it produces, and even show it off to the world if you choose to do so. We’ll turn scattered effort into something that builds on itself, allows you to manage future AI projects, and looks unmistakably yours.


We will be starting our journey in Claude CoWork and continue into GitHub and Lovable. Igor will prepare a detailed preparation video on setting up accounts and what to expect that will be shared 10 days before this session for you to confidently complete this project within the session, independently of your experience or technical ability.


💡REMINDER: Every training is recorded and uploaded for on demand replay.


If you can't make a session live, no worries at all. The replay will be added to your Mastery Replay area right after each workshop, Q&A or celebration call finishes so you can watch, pause and implement on your own schedule.


To prepare and review this month's amplifier content, make sure that:

  • You’re logged into your AI Advantage Club account, and
  • You are an AI Mastery Experience member.

Note: AI Mastery workshops and replays are available only to members of the AI Mastery Experience. They are not included with the base AI Advantage Club membership or the AI Advantage Bootcamp.


To RSVP to this month's upcoming sessions: Open Your AI Mastery Calendar

On the left sidebar of your AI Advantage Club dashboard, under AI Mastery, select Mastery Event Calendar.


Open up the monthly workshop you wish to RSVP to:

You’ll see a list of all upcoming events and workshops from the AI Mastery Experience.


Select a session to open up the workshop's event details. Select the RSVP option to add to your calendar and be marked as Going.

Once you've RSVP'd, a pop-up will appear. We recommend selecting 'Send the invite email.' This will send you an invite link and add the event to your calendar.


Join the Workshop:

When it is time to join the workshop, open up the link in your calendar or simply log into your AI Advantage Club account and navigate to session page under Mastery Event Calendar and select Join Virtual Event.


On Monday, July 13th, we had our Mastery Office Hours / Q&A session.

A focused live Q&A session designed to help you turn what you’ve learned into confident execution—closing the loop with clarity and momentum. Whatever came up since the workshop, we work through it together.

This is the room for:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Questions on prompts, files, or connectors
  • A progress check-in on the July challenge
  • Anything you got stuck on between sessions

On Thursday, July 16th,  we had a July Catch-Up Session with Dirk Wonhoefer

If life got in the way and you had not yet started the workshop build, this was where we slowed it down, walked through the setup at a steady pace, and made sure nobody got left behind.


On Friday, July 24th, we had a July Mastery Fundamentals: Claude Cowork From the Ground Up session.  This session was designed to do one thing: give you a top-to-bottom breakdown of how to use Claude Cowork (one of the most important tools we'll use in Mastery). So, whether you're brand new to Cowork or simply want to double check you're headed in the right direction. Hit play on the replay above and start laying the right foundation.


At the end of each month, we come together to close out the monthly focus with intention - celebrating wins, reflecting on what we've built, and connecting with fellow Mastery members. On Thursday, July 30th, 2026 we had our July Challenge, Reflections & Speed Dating session.
